Our work is document assistance for surplus-fund claims. We do not provide legal advice, act as your attorney, or promise that funds will be released.

Identify possible surplus funds
We review public sale records and related details you share to see whether leftover funds may be connected to a Utah property. Not every sale creates a surplus, and we will tell you when the record does not support a claim.

Verify eligibility and paperwork
If a potential surplus appears, we help gather the documents needed to show your relationship to the property or claim. That can include identity records, ownership history, heirship materials, or other supporting papers the filing authority may require.

Submit and support the claim
We prepare and help submit the claim package to the proper office, then stay available while the request moves through review. Timing and outcomes depend on the county, court, or holding agency. We do not control approval decisions.
Fee structure
Zero-Risk Contingency Guarantee
You pay no upfront fee to begin a claim review. If we take your matter under a signed agreement and surplus funds are successfully recovered through that engagement, our fee is paid from the recovered amount as described in the agreement.
If no funds are recovered under the agreement, you do not owe our contingency fee. Exact terms, scope of work, and any applicable costs are set out in writing before you authorize us to proceed beyond the initial review.
